Mogema has designed a complete new extrusion for the M55 series which is now also used for this new 90 frame! Stiffer and stronger then ever and almost no weight increase!
Extrusions are made of WT-3 alloy which mechanical properties exceed 7000 alloy by far.
Together with one of the most advanced and largest aluminum producers Mogema succeeded in using this alloy for an improved DualBox™ design.
The innovative DualBox™ design has always been very difficult to extrude because of the thin walls of the extrusion,
however improvement of geometry and design made it possible to achieve our goals:
beautiful designed extrusion with streamline providing excellent stiffness, simply the best in the market!
